Chairman of the State Duma Viacheslav Volodin told journalists about that agreement.

“I invited representatives of the PACE to observe the upcoming elections to the State Duma,” he said.

The Chairman of the State Duma said that Rik Daems supported the idea.

Viacheslav Volodin added that at the meeting with the PACE President, they agreed to build cooperation on the principles of trust, respect for the choices made by citizens of each country and absence of double standards.
